In her speech during the opening ceremony of the Academic Forum 2009, Honorable Margarita “Tingting” Cojuangco, the President Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), put emphasis on the significance of the forum to better uphold the new concepts and methodologies in possibly integrating contemporary and innovative programs in the educational system of the Academy. Invited resource speaker, Director GASPAR A. GAYONA, Ph.
