Requirements of PNPA Cadet Candidates for Class 2013 PDF

      Cadet candidates included in the final list of PNPA class 2013, comprises Three Hundred Thirty Eight (338) only, are directed to report at the Escarcha Hall, Philippine Public Safety College on April 30, 2009 (Thursday) before 7:00 AM for Orientation, Agility Test and Rehearsals for Oathtaking. Parents, guardians and relatives of the cadet candidates may attend the said Orientation. Cadet Candidates who failed to report the said orientation will be considered a waiver on their part, and automatically disqualified to join the Reception Rites the following day.

      The Oath taking Ceremony and Reception Rites will be on May 1, 2009 (Friday) at about 9:00 AM at PNPA Camp Gen. Mariano N Castañeda, Silang, Cavite. In this regard, the three hundred thirty-eight cadet candidates must be at the PPSC before 6:00 AM for final accounting and confirmation of the final list of PNPA Class 2013. Likewise, the Cadet Candidates will be ferried from PPSC to Camp Castañeda, Silang, Cavite by PNPA Personnel an hour before the Reception Rites.
     

     

Cadet candidates are required to wear round neck white shirt and loose blue maong pants upon attending the said two-day activities at PPSC.

    APPLICANTS CONCERNED ARE FURTHER REQUIRED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ON April 30, 2009 (Thursday):

 

Birth certificate from NSO

Certificate of Non Marriage from NSO

Community Tax Certificate

Barangay Clearance

Police Clearance

Fiscal Clearance

NBI Clearance

Transcript of Records with Transfer of Credentials (for college level/college graduate)

Form 138-A (for High School Graduate)

Eligibilities (If any)

Certificate of Non-Property and Money Accountability (if employed)

Five (5) pcs 1 X 1 ½ black and white picture

 

       These are the items and other requirements for the cadet candidates to bring       on May 1, 2009 (Friday) at Escarcha Hall PPSC before 6 AM. (Reminder: Strictly No Cellular Phones and any cash amount):


For Females:

 

Sanitary Napkins, Panty Shields, Sando Shirts (white 7 pcs), Brassiers (skintone 7 pcs), Sports Bras (skin tone 2pcs), Panties (skintone 12 pcs), Panty girdles (skintone 2 pcs), black cycling shorts (7 pcs), deodorants, petroleum jelly, white slippers, sulfur soaps, and other toiletries.

 

For Males:

 

Briefs (white 7 pcs)

Disposable Shaver

Deodorants

Sulfur Soaps

White Slippers

Tolietries

 

          For both Males and Females

 

1        pc      Holy Bible for Christian only and Quo’ran for Islam

7        pcs     Plain White Shirts (round neck)

1        pc      Loose Maong Pants (blue)

1        pair    Rubber Shoes ( preferably white)

2        pcs    White Short Pants with garter ( garterized, maong shorts and walking shorts are not allowed)

6        pairs   White and Black Socks

2        pcs     black ballpen

1        pc      black pentelpen  (permanent ink)

1        pc      Record Book/Log Book

1        set     Sewing Kit

 

List of your friends, members of your families and other relatives with their respective contact numbers (landline /cp no.) who live within Metro Manila, Luzon Areas and in your respective towns, cities and provinces.
